About Me

My interest in this site has been sparked alight!
From my first memories, food has been a big part of my life, and most of the time in lavish servings. Good, old fashioned 'healthy' meat and 3 veg. with a dessert to complete the meal.

I am now in my mid-life years and having been overweight for around 30 of those years I am beginning to look after my Self and discover the difference between 'need' and 'want'. This begins with my Spiritual Being and concurrently looking after my physical body.

Organic, safe and tasty food. Sustainable farming practices and backyard gardening. I want to learn more about them all.
