Is there a method to access BILLIONS of $'s to research food ?

How do I assess whether my food is organic ?
How do I assess if my sand at the beach is clean ?
How do I assess if the sand at my child's care centre is fit for play ?

Is there access to Bill Gate's billions to help me with my venture ?
Are there other people interested in the same thing ?

I reckon that once the public knows the state of health we are surrounded with, then we can push for change.
Until the state is known, one cannot push for change.
Is there any support or advice available on this ?
